Some info can be found be using Start Search type System Information. Please always post your OS version and build # found in Settings->System->About (use Copy Button if available in your version) as there are cures and problems for each build and everyone is running something different.īest practise would be to also include the above with the Motherboard make/model info, and/or what's in the box, chip, BIOS version, ram make and speed, GPU make/model would also be great info to be able to provide you with better informed help.
